2020 has been a year never to be forgotten for many reasons.

January - Hunter gained a VHC in Veteran Dog and Maia a 1st in Veteran Bitch under Roy Douglas at Manchester Championship Show.. Both looked lovely in their respective classes and did us proud.

February - This was a very sad time for us at Willowswind. We had the very distressing news that Hunter who lives with Roger didn't wake from his sleep. He was a very big part of our lives and will be at Rainbow Bridge with his sister Sorrel, mother Echo and Grandmother Willow - all causing chaos I am sure.

March - the annual trip to Crufts was very sombre this year without our usual team. Just Maia and Nettie flying the flag who both showed their socks off with the highlight being Nettie gaining a 3rd in her first mid-limit class. Unfortunately Covid-19 put us all into lock down at the end of March which put pay to further showing.

We have managed to fit in a small amount of agility training when restrictions allow and so hopefully in 2021 we may be able to compete in some small competitions.

A very early start for Crufts as both Maia and Murphy in veteran classes. Maia was first up in the largest class of the day, and showed her socks off as always, no placings but she had a fab time which is what it is all about. Next up was Murphy in another strong class, so proud as he gained a 5th, Maias dad Jura winning the class and going on to gain best veteran in breed. Nettie next up in graduate bitch, she just loves being with Courtney in the ring and so very pleased with her gaining a 3rd. Hunter was then in open which i think was the largest dog class of the day against some very very strong competition. So pleased with his performance being shortlisted in the class. A very good day topped off with great company and laughs as always.
